Job Summary
Deliver best-in-class guest experiences through product education, assisting with purchases, and supporting warranties or damaged goods. Help with in-store events, inventory counts, replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Provide merchandising feedback to enhance guest experience and sales. Collaborate with your team and leaders, build a strong understanding of Arc’teryx products, and weave that knowledge into guest interactions. Act as a brand ambassador and elevate the guest experience wherever possible while staying self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, problem solving
- Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
- Flexibility/adaptability in ambiguous situations
- Commitment to guest experience and service excellence
