Job Summary
Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests by sharing technical product knowledge, solving problems, and recommending gear based on their needs. Seamlessly weave product expertise into authentic interactions while championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community. Process guest transactions, handle warranties and trade-ins, and manage inventory tasks including unpacking boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store initiatives to drive sales, while answering phones, emails, and occasionally managing social media channels. Support store leadership on projects and maintain a collaborative relationship with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work Black Friday and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season
- Available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- Availability reflects the needs of the business as determined by the Store Manager
- Full Time – 30-40 hours per week (5 days per week) or Part Time – 10-30 hours per week (2-4 days a week)
