Job Summary
Manage guest interactions by educating customers on products, processing purchases, and supporting warranty or damaged goods claims. Support in-store events, conduct inventory counts, replenish product stock, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment. Provide feedback on merchandising to enhance guest experience and sales while collaborating with team leaders to deliver a best-in-class service culture. Build a strong product knowledge base to seamlessly weave insights into every guest interaction and act as a brand ambassador. Available for open, close, and weekend shifts throughout October 2026–January 2027.
Required Qualifications
- two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience
- You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
- Flexible and open availability throughout October 2026– January 2027
- Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
