Job Summary
Open boxes, scan barcodes, and match items to entries using a smartphone application. Accurately describe item conditions with text and photos, then reseal boxes and attach company SKUs. Ensure all data entered is complete and maintain a clean workspace to hit daily processing quotas. Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies. This role involves sustained physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working at a fast pace, within BuyWander's warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a goal-driven environment
- Position requires seeing, hearing, use of hands and fingers, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities
- Must be able to communicate with others including talking, hearing, and listening and exchanging communication
