Job Summary
Product-focused role delivering personalized vehicle demonstrations and enabling guest decision-making. Responsibilities include developing in-depth knowledge of Bergstrom Automotive’s vehicle models and technologies, educating guests on infotainment and safety features, conducting test drives, supporting the sales team in explaining product benefits, ensuring a thorough delivery experience, and maintaining an inviting showroom. Requires strong communication, comfort with technology, and the ability to translate complex vehicle tech into clear explanations for guests. Shifts include Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm; pay ranges from $16–$19/hour based on experience. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
