Product Functional Test Instrumentation Tech - Level III

Operate, calibrate, install, and repair instrumentation and data acquisition systems for emission equipment including Horiba MEXA, AVL SPC478, PN Counter, and FTIR. Fabricate test fixtures, assemble servo-hydraulic systems, and troubleshoot hydraulic rigs while maintaining data integrity and ensuring test accuracy. Perform preventive maintenance on emission systems, manage parts inventories, and create electronic documentation using tools like digital multimeters and function generators. Support operations across three shifts including Sundays and holidays, maintain workplace safety and 5S standards, and lead improvement projects. Train apprentices and interface with customers, suppliers, and engineers to coordinate programs and present updates.
