Job Summary
Conduct multiple customer fittings daily at the Callaway Performance Center and support outside fitting events. Co-host and deliver fitting training events for golf professionals and Callaway customers across the US and Canada. Learn product attributes and performance characteristics to accurately determine optimal club specifications, present the Callaway product line, and support store operations including inventory, scheduling, and demo equipment. Travel as needed, set up launch monitors at fitting events, and provide phone support for scheduling. Maintain a show-ready fitting bay and contribute to various focus areas and special projects; experience with Windows applications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or golf operations
- Public speaking experience
- Strong communication skills
- Must be a skilled golfer with a five handicap or less
- Must be capable of operating launch monitor systems (e.g., Foresight Quad, Trackman)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
