Job Summary
Engineer and manage Thickener Drives, Lifts, Flotation spare parts, and lubrication units across Spare Parts and Modernization projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, review design drawings, and develop RSPL, FTS, and Spare Parts Kits. Collaborate with Service Business, Product Specialists, and global resources to optimize costs and lead NCR resolution from receipt to closure. Work on up to four parallel projects with minimal supervision, traveling to job sites for fabrication, manufacturing, and installation support. Assertively take initiative to identify product development opportunities and deliver optimal solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of Mechanical engineering design experience
- Mining Industry experience
- Strong product knowledge on Separations Products
- expertise on Thickeners Drives & Flotation
- EIMCO experience
- DORR & WEMCO experience
- Proficient in engineering design fundamentals
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes

- Proficient with engineering design tools
- AutoCAD proficiency

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S.

- Must be available for support of sales efforts
- Must be able to work on a few (up to 3 - 4) projects in parallel
