Job Summary
Product Expert for Tunnel Formworks responsible for developing and improving tunnel-specific formwork systems, supporting their use in global projects, and acting as a link between Strategy & Innovation and Engineering. You will deliver training, share practical tunnel-specific know-how, support regional engineering teams on system selection and technical design requirements, and contribute to roadmap topics, market feedback, and continuous product development. The role involves collaboration across engineering, product management, and development teams, with on-the-ground project support and international travel as needed. The position is based in Amstetten, Austria, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunity to grow within a global expertise center.
Required Qualifications
- Education level apprentice, HTL, FH, or University
- Solid understanding or strong interest in tunnel construction methods
- Good 3D CAD skills (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, or comparable tools)
- Structured working style
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Team‐oriented, motivated, and comfortable working in an international engineering environment
- Willingness to travel internationally at a later stage of development
