Job Summary
Senior Product Expert, Fendt leads harvesting competence for the EME region, guiding Product Experts and sales teams through structured training, mentoring, certification, and Gold-standard practices; partners with Marketing to develop harvesting training playbooks, value messaging, demos, and feedback loops; delivers hands-on combine training and in-country programs (including Breganze) focused on safety, localization, and repeatable excellence; supports key deals, demos, and proof-of-performance events while aligning with Sales, Product, Aftersales, factory, and dealer teams for effective execution; builds knowledge assets, integrates Smart Farming basics, captures field insights, and drives product improvements and best-practice standardization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with combines and harvesting operations
- Proven track record leading or coaching technical/sales enablement teams across countries
- Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics: guidance, connectivity/telematics, data management/documentation, and automation features
- Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel 50–70% across EME, including Breganze
- Valid tractor/heavy-vehicle driving licenses (or willingness to obtain)
