Job Summary

Product Expert Engineer in Technical Support provides remote and telephone technical assistance for customers and Field Service Engineers, troubleshoots and resolves issues, manages case escalations, develops training materials, supports new product integrations, and contributes to safety and knowledge sharing across global teams. Responsibilities balance by on-site service, desk support, process improvement, and training, with emphasis on technical troubleshooting, training delivery, and customer satisfaction. Must-have degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years of technical support experience, and English proficiency. Hybrid work arrangement and Belgium location apply.
