Product Expert - Clinical Data Management - India

Job Summary
Be the product evangelist for Veeva EDC and DQS, delivering subject matter expertise and communicating roadmap directions to customers in India. Represent the Product organization at industry events and online communities to drive adoption, while gathering and prioritizing customer feedback to inform release planning and product decisions. Act as a champion for AI and risk-based decision-making initiatives, collaborating with field teams and internal stakeholders to deliver educational content and support cross-functional success. This role requires 5+ years in Clinical Data Management and 15-30% travel, based in India with a preference for Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years working in the Clinical Management space, usually from Product Management, Consulting or Professional Services/Implementation roles
- Recent hands-on experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva DQS
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to technical product requirements, preferences, and limitations
- Ability to understand Product Vision, Technical Specifications and Software Development Documentation, and translate them into language and content for both business and technical stakeholder
- Experience in interacting with customers from business users, IT departments, and executive suite, as well as internal teams, both in-person and remote (including software demonstrations and presentations)
- Strong analytical skills and English skills (written, verbal, and formal presentations)
- A strong passion for emerging technologies (specifically AI) and the ability to quickly grasp, articulate, and conceptualize how AI-driven features solve clinical trials challenges
- Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel between 15-30%
- Based in India
