Job Summary
Design and execute end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests for new features, UX improvements, and optimizations within the Gaming & Rewards vertical. Shape the experimentation roadmap by prioritizing tests based on business impact and user needs, while building internal frameworks that ensure rigorous, consistent testing across teams using AI tool stacks. Partner with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to launch experiments with clear hypotheses and accurate tracking, championing a test-and-learn culture that turns both wins and failures into organizational learning. Translate complex results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and compile concise reports that turn data into narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product analytics or product management with a strong focus on experimentation / A/B testing
- Deep expertise in experiment design, execution, and analysis, with solid grounding in statistical rigor
- A track record of turning experimentation into product strategy, balancing data with business judgment
- Comfort working closely with product, design, product analysts and engineering throughout the product development cycle
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with Databricks (or similar) for reporting and experiment monitoring
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Kameleoon, Optimizely, or similar) and product analytics tools (FullStory, Looker, or similar)
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making
