Product Executive

Senior Product Executive responsible for developing and growing relationships with brokers, health plans, and risk-bearing entities to market and sell reinsurance and provider excess of loss solutions. Focus areas include maintaining broker/agent relationships, establishing metrics and objectives for performance and compliance, building customs and marketing strategies, and monitoring financial goals for the line of business. Key skills include leadership, strategic thinking, budgeting, advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication, and deep knowledge of the insurance field (stop loss, provider risk contracts, Medicaid/Medicare Advantage/ACA familiarity). Remote position with standard business-hour shift, potential overtime, and focus on collaboration with external agents and internal management to drive growth and profitability.
