Job Summary
Conduct product demos on Zoom/Meet, welcome new customers, and answer questions via calls and chat to turn confused users into happy fans. Introduce clients to premium features, build genuine relationships with HR and business owners across India, and pass feedback to the product team to shape future development. This role offers direct exposure to the founder and core team of a growing SaaS startup, with flexibility for evening or weekend availability outside standard 9-to-6 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English
- Hindi (big plus)
- Happy to take a call or reply to a chat outside 9-to-6 hours
- Fresher or up to 6 months experience in customer success, sales, support, demos, or anything people-facing
