Job Summary
Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for Razer's creator and streamer product line, spanning hardware devices and software tools. Own end-to-end product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to the creator ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, manage launch timelines, and track performance while analyzing market trends to inform strategy. Support lifecycle marketing to drive subscription conversion, adoption, and retention. Work with external partners on initiatives and manage the business category budget.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of product marketing or product management experience
- Understanding of the creator economy, streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, TikTok), and software business models
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Experience across hardware and software go-to-market channels: retail, direct-to-consumer, online, app stores, and in-product monetization
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Passion for gaming, content creation, and emerging tech trends
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to successfully interact with executive management
Desired Qualifications
- strong internship experience considered for junior candidates
- Familiarity with software, SaaS, or subscription-based business models (e.g., MRR, churn, retention, conversion, freemium/premium tiers) is strongly preferred
- Preferred experience in working in a global company with multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones
