Job Summary
Product Evaluation Coordinator for Neat’s PEP program, acting as the primary point of contact during evaluation periods, coordinating device ordering and access, onboarding customers, engaging cross-functional teams, collecting feedback, initiating quotes and invoicing, and managing close-out in backend systems. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and fluency or strong preference for French and/or Italian with English. Hybrid work arrangement in London or Amsterdam.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and NetSuite would be a plus but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to follow established processes and procedures consistently
- Collaborative team player who works well with others across departments
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional and confident presence in video meetings and virtual interactions
- Interested in building long-term success within the role and organization
- French and / or Italian along with fluent English strongly preferred
