Product Environmental Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Product Environmental Compliance Manager responsible for global compliance with RoHS, REACH, PFAS, WEEE, TSCA, batteries and packaging, and extended producer responsibility. Lead multiple complex regulatory projects, manage the global product environmental compliance database and documentation, provide training, answer internal/external questions, and represent the function in cross-functional settings. Drive surveillance of the regulatory landscape and support development of long-term compliance strategies; act as SME to senior leaders, ensure registrations and reporting for local EPR obligations, and coordinate compliance certificates and Critical Mineral reporting. Strong collaboration across teams, ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, and willingness to travel internationally (<10%).
Required Qualifications
- Higher education degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in product stewardship or product environmental regulations, preferably in MedTech
- Experience implementing complex product environmental requirements
- Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, POP, PFAS, WEEE, Batteries, Packaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Project management experience in a matrix organization
- Experience in SAP or material management
