Job Summary
The Process Technician monitors production lines to ensure process parameters meet specifications, identifies and resolves real-time deviations and machine alarms to minimize downtime, collects production data and performs basic SPC analyses to track yield and quality trends, assists engineers with Design of Experiments and pilot runs for new products or processes, and ensures all line activities follow SOPs with feedback for document optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience
- Education: Associate degree in an engineering field preferred, or High School diploma with equivalent technical experience
- Software Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (Word for reporting, Excel for data entry and tracking)
- Chinese/Spanish: Preferred. Proficiency in Chinese or Spanish is a plus for cross-regional communication
