Job Summary
Lead and manage product development and post-release improvements, coordinating multi-location cross-functional project teams to deliver defined deliverables within a global organization. Drive project cost, schedule, and scope, manage interdependencies across workstreams, ensure customer value and satisfaction, and communicate risks and change requests. Collaborate with agile teams, operations and sales to provide optimal solutions that meet the business case, product performance, and delivery timelines. Facilitate transfer of new products from development to operations with complete documentation (drawings, BOM, working instructions, spare parts lists, and product manuals). Requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, solid manufacturing knowledge, proficiency with PLM (Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools, and strong English and Italian communication skills.
