Job Summary
Product Engineering Manager at PPG who will serve as the technical bridge between PPG and customers, leading global product approvals for automotive painting projects and coordinating OEM-to-n-Tier approval activities. Responsible for defining and executing approval plans with cross-functional teams (BDM, Strategic Marketing, Account Management), maintaining customer relationships across the customer’s central engineering organization, and aligning project specifications with a One PPG approach. Requires leading national/international projects, resolving product issues related to technology, and supporting quality, claims, and corrective actions. In-person work Monday-Thursday with Remote Fridays; located in Tianjin, China, with willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience preferred; English proficiency expected.},
