Job Summary
Product & Engineering Manager leading hardware-based product development for Invisalign system, Vivera retainer products, and next-generation orthodontic appliances. Define and drive product vision and roadmap for hardware and software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, quality, regulatory, clinical) to ensure alignment with business and regulatory objectives. Provide technical direction across prototyping, verification & validation, and design controls; manage risk and maintain compliance with medical device standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820). Champion innovation by analyzing market trends and competitor devices; monitor post-launch performance and continuously improve products. Require strong analytical, requirements gathering, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear executive summaries and stakeholder updates. Willingness to develop deep clinical understanding of Invisalign products, dentistry, and orthodontics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering discipline, health science, math or sciences or a related field
- 6+ years of product management or product development experience, Dental Products or Medical Device experience preferred
