Job Summary
Product Engineer at Partly based in London, UK. You own a product surface end-to-end—from talking to customers and shaping the idea to building, shipping production code, and measuring outcomes. Work involves AI-assisted tooling, prototyping in front of real users, staying close to customers (estimators, parts managers, and others), reconciling signal from data, and delivering value through expedient, user-centric software in the repair parts domain.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building and shipping software in production
- Non-negotiables listed in posting: end-to-end shipping of features with code, genuine customer obsession, strong product craft for non-technical users, clear ownership of outcomes, ability to prototype with AI-assisted tools, solid full-stack engineering with frontend lean, strong analytical instinct, comfort operating in ambiguity and autonomy
Desired Qualifications
- Domain knowledge in automotive, the parts aftermarket, repair, or insurance claims.
- Marketplace or network experience, from the demand or supply side.
- Rust, or genuine eagerness to learn it. It is part of our stack.
