Product Engineer

Founding Product Engineer to help build the company that builds companies. You’ll work directly with founders, users, and other builders to design, build, and ship product every day, moving across product, engineering, design, AI, infrastructure, and growth as needed. Responsibilities include building a new agent capability from scratch, designing onboarding flows to double activation, improving infrastructure for millions of executions, talking with power users, shipping features in the morning and iterating on feedback the same afternoon, and using AI to prototype fast. The role emphasizes ownership, speed, judgment, ambition, craftsmanship, and a strong product focus, leveraging AI as a force multiplier and collaborating with AI in daily workflow. Strong candidates will have launched meaningful products or startups, enjoy turning ideas into reality quickly, and thrive in ambiguity.
