Craft the platform's look and feel by defining the design system, motion, and empty states that make software feel effortless. Sit with insurance teams and customers to observe usage patterns, then rebuild interfaces the next day based on direct feedback. Build autonomous agent surfaces that guide users when a system acts on its own, ensuring trust in AI-native interactions. Own the full lifecycle from idea to production, leveraging strong React and TypeScript skills to create scalable component libraries.
