Job Summary
Product Engineer responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing an RV product specification and intelligence model by integrating market data, dealership insights, and product performance metrics. Utilize Python to automate processes, analyze datasets, and create predictive tools; visualize market trends with BI tools (Power BI, Power Studio); lead analysis and design of RV accessories to align with market demands and customer expectations; continuously refine specifications to support manufacturing, sales, and marketing; apply AI to innovate RV product design; collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams, and work with domestic and international partners to source parts; stay ahead of RV industry trends and competitor analysis; draft RV accessory designs in CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion) and manage data modeling and automation to drive product decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related specialized field (foreign equivalent accepted)
- At least 5 years of professional engineering experience
- At least 2 years in RV industry product development, market dynamics, and dealership ecosystem
- Experience with RV accessory development including analysis, design, and market introduction
- Experience integrating market intelligence, product specifications, and accessory insights
- Data modeling, automation, and intelligence development with Python
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Studio
- CAD drafting in SolidWorks, Fusion, and other CAD tools for RV accessory design
- Experience applying AI applications for internal product management
- Strong communication and collaboration with domestic and international partners
