Job Summary
Receive, analyze, clean, and customize customer technical documentation for New Product Introduction or design changes to establish manufacturing processes while maintaining design integrity. Support production by assessing diverse engineering issues on the line and interact with customers and departments regarding engineering changes and new model development. Perform BOM analysis, structure definition, and participate in cost reduction activities for materials, inventory, and scrap. Conduct Design for Manufacturing, tolerance analysis, and Design of Experiment to determine failure root causes for reporting. Analyze Product Change Notifications and Manufacturing Change Orders to determine course of action. This role supports Flex's SpinCo spin-off in Q1 2027, focusing on power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers. Requires 2nd and 3rd shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge with implementation engineering changes
- Leadership in NPI implementation
- Experience with agile
- Lead the implementation of ECOS
- Fluent English
- Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shift
- Location in Guadalajara, North Campus
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in MRP (Baan, Flex flow) is also a plus
