Job Summary
Design and improve platform features including Brain editing, journey building, session analytics, and AI employee configuration. Talk to customers alongside the deployment team to identify friction points and turn observations into a prioritized roadmap. Test work with real users to iterate fast on the self-improving AI employee platform. Establish the product development operating model and quality bar as the team grows. Translate founder directives and messy customer requests into scoped, shippable features for non-technical operators.
Required Qualifications
- An engineer with experience building leading AI products designed with the user journey in mind
- Strong product instincts
- Experience designing tools for non-technical operators
- You have a point of view on what is needed to make self-serve products succeed
