Job Summary
Product Engineer role focused on shaping core product experience for developers and users. Responsibilities include building polished product experiences across frontend and backend, turning complex concepts into clear user experiences, owning features end-to-end from product thinking to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, and customer success, and building observability tooling for emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests. Requires strong TypeScript/React skills, experience across the stack, user-focused UX sensibility, and a proactive, hands-on approach to shipping high-quality software. Fully remote within Americas or European timezones with travel for team offsites and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
- Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure
- Fluent in English
- Care deeply about UX, interaction details, and product polish
- Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into clear, shippable solutions
- Hands-on, collaborative mindset
