Job Summary
Lead launch go-to-market projects for new applications, partnering with internal departments to define performance standards, evaluate designs, and incorporate feedback from Marketing, Sales, and customers. Drive process improvement initiatives by facilitating meetings and assigning tasks, while collaborating with factory and R&D to resolve mechanical problems and software bugs. Conduct lab and field beta testing to ensure compliance with Postal Regulations and functional specifications, then create Technical Service Bulletins, knowledge base content, and training materials. Provide Tier-3 advanced technical support for escalated issues, troubleshoot network connectivity, and develop customer and technical training videos. Able to travel 35% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two-year degree in technical related area
- Four-year degree preferred
- 7+ years minimum advanced technical or engineering experience with B2B Office equipment and PC applications and/or cloud-based solutions
- Able to work independently with little guidance
- Project management skills
- Able to travel 35% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Network+ and/or SQL certification desired
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Office365
- Technical writing skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Quadient's solutions is preferred
