Product Engineer

PortSwigger Product Engineer role on-site in Knutsford, England. You will own features from day one, shape product direction across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and collaborate closely with designers, researchers, marketers, and engineers. Responsibilities include solving complex technical problems, designing scalable features, talking to users to drive decisions, sharing work early, mentoring through pair programming with AI-assisted workflows, and influencing team practices and culture. You’ll leverage AI tools (LLMs, copilots, ML APIs) to improve developer workflows and user-facing features, explore meaningful AI integrations, and help define how the team operates, its rhythms, and its culture. The position emphasizes product-minded engineering, ownership, rapid learning, and delivering measurable impact in a high-trust, autonomous environment.
