Product Engineer (Pilot)

Job Summary
Operate and oversee the electrolyte production line, producing sample batches per R&D and customer specifications while monitoring KPIs for continuous improvement. Ensure reliability of operations and maintenance, providing technical guidance, equipment, and training resources to production crews. Conduct regular safety audits, enforce compliance protocols, and resolve safety issues effectively. Foster accountability for timely job completion across teams. Requires Korean proficiency and flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or off-shifts. This pilot role supports manufacturing of electrolyte samples with strict adherence to quality and safety standards within the chemical industry.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or off-shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is Preferred(entry-level candidates may also be considered)
- Strong understanding of production processes in chemical or battery industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and MES systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
