Product Engineer - MultiplierOS Pod

Job Summary
Design and build systems powering pricing, quoting, invoicing, payments, reporting, and operational workflows across a growing portfolio of companies. Lead delivery of complex, business-critical initiatives from problem definition through production rollout, translating ambiguous requirements into scalable software while making tradeoffs between speed, flexibility, and long-term maintainability. Develop domain models for financial and organizational data, create integrations with accounting systems and payment platforms, and establish reliable workflows ensuring correctness and auditability. Partner with the Pod Lead, Product Experience, and stakeholders to shape solutions that replace spreadsheets and manual processes, driving execution on systems that sit directly in the path of revenue and operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems
- Proven track record delivering complex products or business-critical systems in high-growth environments
- Strong software engineer with experience designing systems, building integrations, modeling complex domains, and operating production software at scale
- Comfortable operating across the full lifecycle of a project, from understanding customer problems through implementation and iteration
- Strong systems thinker who can reason about domain modeling, data consistency, integrations, workflow orchestration, and business tradeoffs
- Experience building systems that integrate with external platforms, APIs, financial systems, or operational software
- Comfortable debugging and improving systems in production and making pragmatic decisions under real-world constraints
- Product-minded and curious about the business problems behind technical work
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where requirements are incomplete and priorities evolve quickly
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with operators, executives, engineers, and product stakeholders
- Pragmatic about AI and automation and able to identify where technology can create meaningful operational leverage
- High standards for reliability, correctness, and engineering quality in systems that support business-critical operations
- Ideally based in San Francisco, Singapore or Southeast Asia, with flexibility for the right candidate
- You'll work across Europe, UK, and Asia time zones to collaborate with our firms and internal teams
- This is a global role requiring coverage of Europe, UK, and Israel time zones, with regular overlap into Asia or US working hours to enable cross-regional collaboration
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in workflow-heavy domains such as fintech, accounting, payments, ERP, payroll, HRIS, professional services, marketplaces, or operations software
- Experience working with financial systems, reporting systems, billing, payments, accounting workflows, or operational tooling
