Job Summary
Provide production support for testing methods, device specifications, and yield issues while analyzing customer returns and supplier-related engineering changes. Support minor redesigns of devices and components, assist with manufacturing operations excluding wafer fabrication, and optimize plant layout for efficiency. Define sequences of operations for fabrication processes, execute validations for automated equipment, and troubleshoot machinery using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards while maintaining documentation for processes and calibration. Participate in engineering meetings to solve technical problems and execute continuous improvement projects focused on scrap and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 0+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willing to work 100% on-Site in Juncos
- Available to work other shifts when needed
