Job Summary
Support production programs on the manufacturing floor by providing engineering support to specific product lines and technical guidance to manufacturing and assembly personnel. Manage all phases of the product life cycle, including development, production release, and mature products. Work independently or with direction from experienced team members to assist with assembly operations. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience, with a preference for machining environments and CAD skills. Full-time position in East Aurora, NY, with USC or Green Card sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- USC or Green Card
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
- 5 years in a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a machining environment
- direct exposure to complex assemblies
- A Bachelor of Technology Degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with technical design elements
- CAD
- direct CNC machining experience
