Job Summary
Own the complete product lifecycle and drive strategic vision to enable enterprise capabilities. Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide a cross-functional team of 12-15 full-time members to deliver maximum value. Translate business needs into technical requirements, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful product delivery. Regularly engage with client leadership, end-users, and technical teams to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and iterate on features. Present product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders, onboard new tenants, and serve as the primary advocate for user needs. Balance competing priorities, make data-driven decisions, and drive alignment across diverse groups to deliver a platform serving client operations. Requires an active TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor's degree, and experience with Agile Product Delivery, Integrated Master Schedule management, and security compliance. Hybrid remote/onsite work in Bethesda, MD.
