Lead end-to-end projects from customer discovery through Go-Live, managing scope, architecture, and stakeholder communication alongside the CEO. Develop full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, integrating AI tools like Claude Code into your daily workflow. Proactively drive modernizations, automate processes, and steer backlogs with high autonomy. Required Qualifications
- Solide Kenntnisse in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js
- Erfahrung mit AI-gestützter Entwicklung (Claude Code, Cursor oder vergleichbar)
- Eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
