Job Summary
Founding Product Engineer responsible for shaping the user experience of a developer-facing platform used to build scalable integrations. Own the dashboard experience, UI library of embeddable React components, and UI prototyping; engage directly with customers through user testing, feedback, and feature documentation; drive full-stack feature development from design to backend integration, ensuring a fast, delightful frontend experience for data-intensive workflows. Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and customers to establish design standards and craft experiences for complex workflows in a B2B SaaS context; leverages AI tools to amplify productivity and ships impactful product changes.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years engineering and designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or technical products
- Strong React skills with full-stack range (bonus if you have a genuine willingness to go deep in Go on the backend)
- AI-forward and love trying new AI tools; view yourself as a builder who harnesses AI to multiply productivity
- Strong communication skills; able to articulate design decisions and push back when something isn't right; engineers write their own feature docs and own their decisions
- Great taste in what makes developer tools intuitive; ideally shipped customer-facing developer products before
- Strong product intuition — ability to work directly with customers to design features, not just implement specs
