Job Summary
Integrate new hardware and complex systems, determining that outcomes meet organizational needs. Educate clients about integration procedures, implementation, and usage while handling diverse machine tasks to ensure functionality. Define integration strategies and methods, planning them according to established deadlines. Create and provide technical documentation explaining upcoming or existing integrations to non-technical individuals. This role requires at least five years of semiconductor manufacturing assembly experience with a diploma or bachelor's in Mechatronics. Hands-on operation, setup, and troubleshooting skills are essential, with Die bonder knowledge as an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing assembly
- Diploma or Bachelor holder in Mechatronic discipline
- Hands on to operate machine, set up and troubleshooting
