Job Summary
Ship AI-powered product features end-to-end, moving across frontend, backend, agents, and evals to build systems that compound intelligence with every interaction. Embed directly with sales, service, and underwriting operators to discover broken workflows before they surface, then prototype and ship solutions that drive measurable business impact like increased conversion rates. Stay on the frontier by testing new model drops daily and compressing development weeks into days using advanced AI tooling. Work directly with founders to own the outcome from Monday's prototype through Wednesday's metrics presentation. Required Qualifications
- Software engineering experience shipping production systems
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered features—LLM applications, agent pipelines, or workflow automation
- Ability to work across the stack: frontend, backend, and the AI layer
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
