Job Summary
Build and maintain frontend and backend features across Patients, Pharmacies, and Providers products, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders to ship features rapidly while meeting product goals and timelines. Continuously improve team culture, processes, and development standards. Work across web and mobile platforms using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Maintain consistent shipping velocity in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Prioritize problem-solving for performance and scalability challenges. This role is remote with a strong preference for candidates in Lagos.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years software development experience across both frontend and backend
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience in React for frontend
- Experience in Express.js or similar for backend
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated evidence working with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in performance and scalability challenges
- Experience shipping live products with at least one live product actively in use
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced, iterative environment
- High agency

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
