Product Engineer (Full-Stack / Agentic AI)

Product Engineer will own end-to-end features and develop deep business understanding to drive solutions independently. Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication (chat and voice), operational decision-making, and property task management. Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet evolving product requirements. Shadow real-world workflows to identify inefficiencies and translate them into production-ready software. Scope, ship, and iterate on problems with high agency and ownership; collaborate closely with internal teams; relocate to Berlin and work from the office regularly. Bonus if you have agentic AI experience, startup background, or hospitality/PropTech exposure.
