Product Engineer

Receive, evaluate, and customize technical documentation from customers to establish manufacturing processes while maintaining design integrity. Handle product transfers, new product setups, and production line assessments to solve engineering issues and suggest process improvements for better yield. Interpret engineering drawings, evaluate Bills of Materials, and manage Engineering Changes and Manufacturing Change Orders. Conduct Design for Manufacturing, tolerance evaluations, and failure root-cause analysis using CAD systems and DOE. Provide product training to manufacturing engineers, administer golden samples, and ensure safety compliance. Support supply chain integration for vertical localization efforts and maintain standard methods for technical information interchange.
