Job Summary
Product Engineer at Elevate Semiconductor owning test hardware, bench test plans, and validation scripts; collaborate across design, operations, and failure-analysis teams to improve yield and test efficiency; work on both hardware and software test development, EVM hardware/firmware improvements, and customer deployments; onsite 5 days a week in San Diego with a focus on ATE platforms and data-driven test optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with ATE platforms (Teradyne UltraFlex, Nextest, Advantest 93K) and associated software environments such as IGXL or C/VB-based frameworks
- Interest in product test, ATE, or hardware test development
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (C, C++, VB, Python, etc.)
- Comfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and soldering tools for debug
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
