Job Summary
Ship high-quality web applications end to end, turning frontier model capabilities into interfaces that feel fast and obvious. Own frontend architecture and set the visual bar for shared components, designing for hard interaction problems like long-running generations and large media payloads. Drive performance for high-volume media processing and latency while working with research, infra, growth, and design to prioritize features. Most coding is done by agents; your focus is decomposing tasks, reviewing generated code critically, and catching subtle errors. This frontend-leaning full-stack role involves building developer tools and creative applications on top of generative models like FLUX.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of shipping real products that real users depend on
- Fluency driving coding agents on non-trivial existing codebases
- The judgment to review generated code critically
- A clear view on where agents should not be trusted
- Visual craft
- Strong product sense
- Excellent debugging instincts
- Comfort with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage lab
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- A track record of building developer tools or creative applications
- Previous experience building interfaces on top of generative models
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
- Instrumentation and experimentation experience
- Contributions to open-source projects
