Product & Engagement Marketing Specialist (Retail Banking)

Job Summary
Develop and execute product marketing campaigns across paid media, partner channels, and the GXS website to acquire high-value app downloads and build brand awareness. Execute lifecycle marketing strategies on owned and in-app channels to drive product usage while managing campaign calendars and documentation. Provide day-to-day marketing operations support, including social media monitoring for insights and execution on marketing automation tools. Collaborate closely with PR, business teams, and agency partners to build a cohesive brand. This role sits within a homegrown digital bank backed by Singtel and Grab, focusing on redefining financial services for Southeast Asian consumers through technology and data.
Required Qualifications
- >2 years experience in junior marketing roles, with focus on product marketing or lifecycle marketing, with a good understanding on digital marketing
- Strong understanding of communication fundamentals - what makes a good piece of communication, messaging hierarchy, media landscape and media planning
- A sense of curiosity and hunger to make things better - observant in identifying patterns and tracking marketing efforts
- Intuitive in understanding the cause and use that to continually improve and create impactful and beautiful work
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to move things forward in the best way for the brand
- Start-up experience is a major plus; eagerness to operate in an ever-changing, dynamic, highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Background in payments, financial services, consumer internet, FMCG is a plus
- Experience with App media and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- A good understanding of the social landscape and trends, that you can turn into differentiated communications on our digital and social channels
