Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary
Product Enablement Manager focused on creating clarity and visibility across the product lifecycle. Responsible for product reporting, roadmap visibility, and ensuring readiness for launches. Owns how product work is tracked, communicated, and delivered to enable Product Managers to focus on solving customer problems. Drives cross-functional alignment with Sales, Support, Marketing, Operations and Finance, maintains product playbooks and standards, and improves workflows and tooling (Productboard, Pendo, Jira, Confluence) to scale the product organisation. Interacts with leadership to translate activity into actionable updates, manage risks, and support decision-making with dashboards and insights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a software / B2B SaaS environment, with exposure to senior or leadership-level responsibilities
- Experience in financial services, accounting, or wealth management environments
- Strong understanding of product management principles and the product lifecycle (discovery through to delivery)
- Hands-on experience with product and delivery tools (e.g. Productboard, Pendo, Jira, Confluence or similar)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive
