Job Summary
Annotate scanned and indexed documents for efficient retrieval, perform accurate vault filing, and process Guarantee Asset Protection, Collateral Protection Insurance, and Debt Protection claims. Prepare indirect electronic and paper loan documentation to ensure correct order and support incoming mail and payoffs for titles. Manage 500–1,500 monthly annotations, 350–400 indirect prep files, and 15–25 debt protection claims while maintaining BSA compliance. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm at Centris HQ, sharing duties with Loan Documentation and Title Clerks to support Records Department operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- one-year financial experience
- ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
- ability to effectively communicate with members, staff, and other business contacts
- ability to effectively access and interpret computer screens, documents, and reports
- ability to operate general office equipment
- ability to accurately enter data 120 keystrokes per minute
- ability to accurately key numbers 100 keystrokes per minute
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- ability to climb up and down ladder to retrieve various files
- ability to report to work regularly and on time
- ability to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position
- knowledgeable in BSA and compliance requirements enforced on the credit union by state and federal law as applicable
- Must be bondable
Desired Qualifications
- One year of financial institution experience
- Knowledge and understanding of products and services offered by Centris
- Working Knowledge of Guaranteed Asset Protection, Collateral protection Insurance and Debt Protection
- General Knowledge of Loan Process and Documents
