Job Summary
Product Director leading post-trade technology product strategy and lifecycle across global stakeholders; responsible for roadmap, vision, and delivery of payments platform initiatives for Equities & Prime businesses, including overseeing product development, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Expert in Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and driving adoption of product lifecycle activities from discovery through value realization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experienced in driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience of Product/Program managing large scale programs involving mission critical systems supporting large volumes of trades/cash flows
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Demonstrated ability to manage a global team
- Extensive experience leading complex platform delivery
- Expertise and knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Previous experience of managing large scale payment applications
