Job Summary
Lead product direction for the API Marketplace within Consumer & Community Banking Technology, owning the partner-facing portal, onboarding, discovery, documentation management, and customer success. Drive the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets; coach the product team on best practices; oversee lifecycle from planning to future development; ensure connectivity for external APIs; lead Go-To-Market and customer success for the platform; empower cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Experience developing and owning a self-service platform and partner facing platform
- Experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategy for platform products
- Experience in customer onboarding and product adoption with supporting success metrics
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
